W31's experiment (customer #1 live + 1 testimonial) produced no result. Per [[HANDOFF]] 2026-08-01 the SIM/Zalo account is done; three mechanical steps remain (pull that account out of the AB Logi group to stop duplicate relays, attach the bot process, invite + one line in org-groups.json). No new experiment — discipline holds.
