Competitive map — sourced changes only
- NEW row — EcoTruck (ecotruck.vn): TMS + services marketplace (fuel, tires, insurance, early payment) for "2,000+ businesses". Sells to shippers and carrier companies as a freight/services ecosystem — not an owner's daily-P&L tool. Confidence: medium (site + LinkedIn).
- NEW row — Logivan (logivan.com): still alive (listed active on Tracxn May 2026); freight-matching marketplace, not fleet accounting. Confidence: medium.

Finish onboarding customer #1 end-to-end (org + bot in their Zalo group + first OCR'd receipt approved) and ask for one quotable sentence. Metric: customer #1 live + 1 testimonial line. Unblock first: bot SIM/Zalo account (HANDOFF next-action #2). Marketing work beyond this stays parked — at n=0 customers, a referenceable customer beats any content.
