TL;DR
- Biggest finding: VN listicles call Trucking365 a "free" TMS for solo truck owners — it's not free ($15/mo) and it's a US-style load/dispatch/invoicing tool with no per-truck P&L, no GPS-fuel reconciliation, no receipt OCR. Closest-to-our-buyer competitor yet; still a different product.
- This week's experiment (carried forward, 2nd time): finish onboarding customer #1 + get 1 testimonial line. Metric: customer #1 live + 1 quote.
- Last week's result: no result — still blocked on the bot's SIM/Zalo account, not product. Experiment carries forward unchanged.

So what: nothing shipped — the blocker is the SIM, not the product, so a new experiment would just stack on an untested one. Carry forward.
Per [[HANDOFF]] (2026-07-14), org-groups.json on the mini is still {} — no customer routed. Domain, relay, OCR all live; the only gap is the bot's new SIM/Zalo account (HANDOFF next-action #2). No new experiment this week.

So what: pricing intel stays thin (every VN vendor hides it behind demo-first sales), but the one real move — Trucking365 — turned out to be mislabeled, not a threat.

So what: fuel-theft and no-profit language is well-sourced from public press/forums; the closed-group verbatims still need a human account.
VN — fuel / cost pain (new this pass):
- Freight rates rising on fuel — short-haul "từ 2.000 đồng/kg lên 4.000 đồng/kg", long-haul "8.000 → 15.000 đồng/kg" (NLĐ) — margin-squeeze framing for the landing page.
- Driver-wage anchor for the "manager salary" pitch: heavy-truck/container drivers 18–25tr, up to 30tr/tháng (OTOTMT).
VN — carried from W29 draft (still the strongest, still sourced):

This week's ONE experiment (carried forward)
So what: at n=0 customers a referenceable customer beats any content — and it's within reach the moment the SIM is done.
Finish onboarding customer #1 end-to-end (org + bot in their Zalo group + first OCR'd receipt approved) and ask for one quotable sentence. Metric: customer #1 live + 1 testimonial line. Unblock first: bot SIM/Zalo account (HANDOFF next-action #2). Everything else stays parked.
Next scan (W30)
- Trucking365 — does it actually target VN, or is the listicle just SEO? Check for a VN entity/localization; if VN-active, teardown its owner-operator onboarding.
- Binh Anh monthly fee — ask dad (he pays it); web has no current published number.
- Abivin/Smartlog — try an archived pricing page or a sales-inquiry quote (both block/demo-gate).
- Human-in-loop: harvest 10 verbatim pain posts from 2 real Zalo/FB owner groups (still the only unreachable-by-web item, 3rd week running — needs an account).
- If customer #1 goes live: log the testimonial and design experiment #2 around it.
