Where the buyers are (VN trucking owners, 10–60 trucks)

  1. Dad's direct network + sub-lease partner owners (7 proof groups already in Zalo) — warm, highest conversion.
  2. Zalo owner groups & FB groups (Hội xe tải / vận tải …) — where complaints about fuel theft & paperwork live.
  3. GPS vendor resellers as future channel (they visit every fleet already; rev-share later, not now).

This week's ONE experiment

Finish onboarding customer #1 end-to-end (org + bot in their Zalo group + first OCR'd receipt approved) and ask for one quotable sentence. Metric: customer #1 live + 1 testimonial line. Everything else waits — a referenceable customer is the only marketing asset that matters at n=1.
